General Provisions & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jjwn ("jjwn", "we", "us", "the Platform"), the operator of jjwn.bet. These Terms govern all use of the jjwn website, mobile interface, casino games, sportsbook, promotional programmes, payment systems, and customer support services.

By accessing or using any part of jjwn.bet — including simply browsing the site without registering — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, understood their meaning, and agreed to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

Definitions

• "Account" — the personal account created by a registered User on jjwn.bet.
• "Balance" — the total of real-money funds held in a User's jjwn Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded to a User's Account subject to wagering requirements and specific promotional terms.
• "Crypto" — digital currencies including Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT (TRC20 and ERC20) accepted as deposit and withdrawal methods on jjwn.
• "Game" — any casino title, live dealer table, crash game, or other interactive wagering product available on the Platform.
• "Sportsbook" — the sports betting section of jjwn covering cricket, PSL, football, UFC, and other live and pre-match markets.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification processes required by jjwn before processing withdrawals or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the fiat currency reference used in local payment method transactions on jjwn.

Eligibility Requirements

Use of jjwn is strictly limited to persons who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. jjwn enforces a strict minimum age policy. Providing false date-of-birth information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.
• You are acting as a private individual in your personal capacity and not on behalf of a business, institution, or any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of jjwn complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of jjwn or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.
• You have not previously had a jjwn Account closed or suspended for a violation of these Terms.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order on jjwn or any other gambling platform that would prohibit your participation.

Account Registration & Management

To access the full range of jjwn services — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — you must register a jjwn Account. Registration is free of charge and requires the submission of accurate personal information.

Registration Obligations

• You must provide your real full name, a valid and active email address, date of birth, and a secure password during registration.
• All information provided must be true, accurate, current, and complete at the time of registration and must be kept up to date at all times.
• Only one Account per person is permitted. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
• You must not register an Account using the identity of another person or a fictitious identity.

Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jjwn Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. jjwn strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account at all times.

• Never share your password or 2FA codes with any third party, including persons claiming to be jjwn staff. jjwn will never ask for your password.
• Any and all activity conducted through your Account — whether by you or a third party who gained access to your credentials — is your responsibility.
• If you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact jjwn support immediately via live chat.

KYC Verification

jjwn may request identity verification documents at any stage, including prior to processing a withdrawal, upon a significant change in deposit or wagering patterns, or where jjwn has a reasonable basis to suspect fraudulent activity. Documents typically requested include a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

jjwn supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods suited to Pakistani players. All financial transactions are processed in accordance with jjwn's payment policies and applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

Accepted Payment Methods

• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), USDT TRC20, USDT ERC20 — processed on-chain with typical confirmation times of 5–30 minutes depending on network congestion.
• Mobile Wallets: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — minimum deposit Rs 500, processed instantly during business hours.
• Bank Transfer: HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank — subject to standard inter-bank processing times of 1–2 business days.

Deposit Rules

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
• jjwn does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider or blockchain network may apply its own transaction fees, which are beyond jjwn's control.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance once confirmed. Crypto deposits require the minimum number of blockchain confirmations specified at the time of transaction.
• jjwn reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits and to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to jjwn's withdrawal routing policy.
• Crypto withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes during normal operating conditions. Fiat withdrawals via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are processed within 24 hours; bank transfers within 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed identity verification may experience delays or holds on withdrawal processing.
• Winnings generated entirely from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Real-money Balance that has not been derived from bonus wagering may be withdrawn at any time subject to verification.
• jjwn reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation where fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering is suspected.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

jjwn offers a variety of promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin offers, cashback deals, and sportsbook-specific promotions. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are awarded at jjwn's sole discretion and may be amended, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money Balance. By default, real-money funds are wagered first unless the Player has explicitly elected otherwise via Account settings.
• The wagering requirement for a bonus is the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be staked on qualifying games before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically: slots contribute 100%, live casino contributes 10%–20%, and sports betting contributions vary by market. Specific contribution percentages are listed on each promotion's dedicated page.
• Maximum bet sizes while completing a wagering requirement apply. Placing bets above the specified maximum may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.
• Bonus funds that have not been used within the validity period specified in the promotion's terms will expire and be removed from the Account without compensation.

Casino & Sportsbook Rules

The jjwn casino library and sportsbook are governed by the rules of each individual game or market, as provided by the respective game or data provider, in addition to the overarching rules set out here. In all cases, jjwn's decision on the outcome of any disputed game, bet, or transaction is final.

Casino

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited for fairness. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios with regulated dealing procedures.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface. jjwn may modify these limits at any time.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or software error, jjwn reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered stake to the Player's Account Balance. No further compensation will be offered.
• Progressive jackpot games are subject to their own specific rules as published by the game provider. jjwn acts solely as a distributor and is not liable for jackpot prize fulfilment; such obligations rest with the provider.

Sportsbook

• jjwn offers pre-match and in-play betting across cricket (including PSL, Test cricket, T20I, and ODI markets), football, UFC, and other sports.
• All odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet placement and confirmed by jjwn's system are the odds that apply to that wager.
• jjwn reserves the right to void, suspend, or cancel any bet or market at its discretion, including where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, market manipulation, or data feed errors.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to applicable trading rules. jjwn may impose delays between bet placement and confirmation during in-play events.
• Where an event is cancelled, postponed, or not completed within the standard timeframe, jjwn's settlement rules for such events — as published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform — will apply.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jjwn. Any Player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended or permanently closed, all funds may be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to law enforcement or relevant regulatory authorities.

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person to register an Account on your behalf or in your name.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, odds, or the results of any sporting event.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any mechanical or electronic device to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the Platform to generate unintended winnings. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of deposits without first attempting to resolve the matter through jjwn's support team.
• Abusing promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, matched betting across multiple accounts, or structured low-risk wagering to clear requirements.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to jjwn's systems, databases, or the accounts of other Players.
• Engaging in any conduct that is offensive, threatening, harassing, or abusive toward jjwn staff or other Players in any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on jjwn.bet — including but not limited to the jjwn brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of jjwn or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from jjwn.bet without prior written consent from jjwn.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• Game content is provided under licence from third-party providers including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Hacksaw Gaming, and Ezugi. All rights in game content remain with the respective providers.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

jjwn provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jjwn makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees — express or implied — regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors.

• jjwn shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of funds due to technical failure.
• jjwn is not responsible for any internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service outages that affect your ability to access the Platform or complete transactions.
• jjwn is not liable for the actions, omissions, or errors of third-party game providers or payment processors. Issues with third-party services should be addressed through the relevant provider's own support channels.
• jjwn's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data Protection

jjwn collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering a jjwn Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• jjwn collects only the personal data necessary to operate your Account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and provide customer support.
• jjwn does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, game providers, and regulatory authorities solely to the extent necessary for Platform operations and legal compliance.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by jjwn, subject to jjwn's legal obligations to retain certain data for compliance purposes.
• Players using cryptocurrency deposit and withdrawal methods benefit from additional financial privacy, as crypto transactions do not require sharing bank account details with jjwn's payment processing partners.

Responsible Gaming

jjwn is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe, controlled environment for all Players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income or a way to recover losses.

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders can be configured to notify you of how long you have been active on the Platform during any given session.
• Players may request a temporary cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the Account remains open but deposits and wagering are disabled.
• Self-exclusion is available for periods of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanently. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the chosen duration. Players who self-exclude must not attempt to open new Accounts during the exclusion period.
• jjwn's 24/7 support team is trained in responsible gambling and can assist any Player who believes their gambling is causing harm to themselves or others.

Account Suspension & Termination

jjwn reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other jjwn policy.
• Provision of false or inaccurate information during registration or KYC.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 7.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• A request by a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or payment processor.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

You may close your jjwn Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account (net of any unmet wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following identity verification.

Amendments to These Terms

jjwn reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jjwn will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a notice displayed upon next login.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using jjwn and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 12. The date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles as applied by jjwn's licensing jurisdiction. jjwn operates under an international gaming licence and is subject to the regulatory requirements imposed by its licensing authority.

In the event of a dispute between you and jjwn, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. The majority of disputes are resolved quickly and amicably through our live chat or email support channels. jjwn commits to responding to all formal complaints within 5 business days.

• All disputes must first be submitted to jjwn's internal complaints procedure before any external escalation is pursued.
• Where an internal resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body designated by jjwn's licensing authority.
• You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be conducted on an individual basis. Class actions or consolidated proceedings are not permitted.
• jjwn's decisions on game outcomes, bet settlements, and bonus eligibility are final and binding, subject only to manifest error or the ADR process described above.
